Norton, a leading cybersecurity company, faced challenges with maintaining design consistency and efficiency across its iOS mobile apps. The existing design process lacked standardized components and guidelines, resulting in inconsistency and inefficiencies during development.

As the Lead UX-UI Designer, I spearheaded the initiative to create a UI kit specifically tailored for Norton's iOS mobile apps.
The UI kit included:
~ Standardized components such as buttons, icons, typography, color schemes, and form elements.
~ Design patterns, Components such as Dialogs, Overlays, Template elements...
~ Guidelines for spacing, layout, and examples of some important screens.
